Like many of our players, Kat has had the opportunity to play rugby in many parts of the world. She commenced her career playing in Central West New South Wales where she primarily played as a lock. At club level Kat also played for Eastwood, Sydney University and she also had a stint with London Wasps. Since moving to Melbourne Kat played for Uni Panthers where she was captain in 2015. Kat’s move to Melbourne also saw her selected for representative duties with the Melbourne Rebels.

Kat is a town planner by profession with a Masters level qualification from RMIT. She is currently undertaking further post graduate studies in Property and Construction at the University of Melbourne. Kat also enjoys surfing, skiing and chasing her children around. Kat is already making a significant contribution to the Committee, particularly in governance and the growth of the women’s game.

Please join with me in congratulating Kat on her election to the Committee.
